  • Timing: 2nd.Day;9:00 Am to 6:00 Pm

Early Bird Discount:   690,000 I.R if registered on or before 31 July,2016.

Charges inclusive of Welcome Tea/Coffee, 2-Time Refreshment & a Lunch with Certificate of
attendance.

-From 1st To 12th August 2016, Charges will be 790,000 I.R..

-If registered after 13th To 26th August 2016, Charges will be 890,000 I.R.

Group discount: On every 6-Registrations, one will be FREE.

Complementary offers: Space For 1-Flex Banner size (1x2 meters) will be provided on the side walls of the Halls, free to Schools registering at least 6 Participants.

ADVERTISEMENT OF YOUR ORGANISATION

Since we anticipate that number of Participants in the Conference will exceed 200, so it is viable opportunity to have your Advertisement Banner/s displayed in the Halls

All the Participants can avail the opportunity of advertising their businesses by displaying Flex Banners according to the following size & charges.

BANNER'S TARRIFF:

a)    Spaces available on the side walls of the Halls
Flex Banner size (1.5x3meter )    Charges 715,000I.R.

b)    Spaces available on the front wall-(4 Nos.)
Flex Banner (Size 2.5 x 3.5). Charges     1,400,000 I.R.

c) Spaces available on the back wall (8 Nos.)
Flex Banner (2.5x3.5meters) Charges    1,00,000 I.R.
Bookings along with the Banners can be done before 20th August 2016.
Bookings shall not be taken after 20th August 2016. in any case.

1- Registration once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.

2- Since Videos & Photographs will be taken in the Conference hence you must give your consent that you
have no objection,   by signing on the bottom of this page.

3- LMI / STTC reserves the right to postpone the Conference to some other dates
due to low registration or due to any unavoidable circumstances.

4- Participants attending the conference from overseas may be required to obtain visa entering in
Malaysia. Must check from your Travel Agent.
